TERMS & CONDITIONS




These Terms and Conditions govern the ‘Ploom Club Rewards’ campaign and prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including marketing materials. The offer is open to Ploom customers (the “Customer”) who make a qualifying purchase from ploom.co.uk during the offer period. Eligible customers will receive an in-order promotional postcard with instructions on how to claim two Hot Drinks (“the Gift”) from Ploom UK (the “Promoter”). Participants to the Ploom Club Rewards Campaign agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: To be eligible to claim, a Customer must:

 

 

 

The Gift: An E-voucher to purchase hot beverages up to the value of £8.00 at the participating retail partner (the"Gift"). The customer may purchase items greater than the total value of £8.00 provided by paying the difference.

 

 

How to participate:

 

Qualifying customers will receive an in-order promotional postcard. Scan the QR code or visit ploomclubrewards.co.uk. Customers must enter their unique code, name and email address. Once validated, the customers shall receive an email with their Gift code and instructions on how to claim their hot beverages via the partner app.

 

 

Offer and Claim Period:

 

Purchases via ploom.co.uk online store must be made between 00:01am 28th March 2024 and 23:59pm 13th May 2024 to receive an in-order postcard. The Gift must be claimed by 23:59pm on the 31st July 2024. Once claimed via the partner app the Gift will be valid until 31st August 2024.

 

 

5. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and/or the Promoter.

 

 

The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid. Tour claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you:

 

 

 

6. The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to replace the Gift with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

 

7. The Gift is not for re-sale, have no cash value, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Gift cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Unused, expired and redeemed Gift cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.

 

 

8. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this offer in the context of participation or claiming the Gift, such as internet costs, extras / upgrades, travel, and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the Gift fulfilment are not included as part of the Gift and must be paid by Customers separately.

 

 

9. All voucher claims must be made by the claimants themselves. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Claims made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a claimant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the number of claims into the promotion, those claims will be disqualified, and any Gift claimed will be void. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

 

 

10. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate customers, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this offer or accepting or using the Gift except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the good and services offered when using the Gift and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

 

 

11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the offer where it becomes necessary to do so.

 

 

12. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s entry to the promotion.

 

 

13. The Promoter's decision is final regarding any aspect of the offer and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

 

Personal Information: The Promoter and Administrator will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the offer and for no other purpose, unless the Administrator have permissions to use it for other reasons. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the Gift. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the offer by the Administrator will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment fulfilment of the Gift. It will not be used for marketing purposes. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and will be stored for up to 3 months from the offer end date, after which it will be deleted. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described above.

 

 

15. By participating in this offer Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

 

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
